Steam release

Finally got through the various tests on Steam and everything has been given the thumbs up for a release. If nothing strange happens between now and the end of February, the game should go live for download on February 26th.

This release contains some extras such as achievements and cloud save support. Initially the macOS release will not be included but should be part of a 1.1 update in the near future.
